These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 444db ("444db", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 444db online gaming and sports betting platform, including all services, features, content and functionality available at 444db.bio. By accessing the 444db platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the 444db platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the 444db platform regardless of location within Bangladesh. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. 444db may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

The 444db platform is available exclusively to adults. To register and use the 444db platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continue to be at least 21 years old throughout your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from within Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction in which using the platform is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering and playing as an individual in your own capacity and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 444db platform or any associated platform operated by 444db.
• You are not a person who has been placed on a self-exclusion list or who has voluntarily restricted their own account access.

2. Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of 444db services, you must register an account by providing a valid Bangladesh mobile number and creating a password. You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if it changes.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active 444db account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, 444db reserves the right to close all related accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonus funds held across those accounts.

• Your 444db account login credentials (mobile number and password) are personal to you. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.
• 444db is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own actions or negligence.
• Account verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals are processed. You agree to provide valid identification documents when requested, including a national ID, passport or other government-issued document confirming your identity and age.
• 444db reserves the right to suspend or close an account that it reasonably suspects is being used in breach of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, or where KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their 444db account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method after identity verification, subject to applicable terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

444db processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively through Bangladesh Mobile Financial Services (MFS). No international payment methods, credit cards, bank wire transfers or cryptocurrency payments are accepted. The following conditions govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though 444db may request source-of-funds verification for deposits above a certain threshold at its discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your 444db account instantly upon successful completion of the transfer in your MFS app (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay). If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same MFS number used for the most recent deposit. 444db does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods other than the player's own registered method.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within the same business day for amounts up to ৳50,000. Larger withdrawal requests may require additional verification and may take up to 3 business days to process.
• 444db does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your MFS provider may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their own terms of service. 444db is not responsible for any fees imposed by MFS providers.

444db maintains the right to delay, withhold or reverse any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, a breach of these Terms, or where verification requirements have not been met. In such cases, 444db will notify the player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

444db offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by 444db unless a specific bonus promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the bonus offer details. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.
• 444db reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and subject to active wagering will not be retroactively cancelled.
• Bonuses are provided for entertainment purposes and are not a guaranteed source of income. 444db makes no representation that any player will profit from any bonus offer. All gaming outcomes involving bonus funds are subject to the same RNG and fair play standards as real-money games.
• Free spins, if offered, are valid only on the specific game or games stated in the promotion and expire at the time stated in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant promotion.

444db monitors bonus activity and uses automated and manual review processes to detect bonus abuse. Where abuse is detected, 444db reserves the right to void all bonus-derived winnings, close the account, and withhold any pending withdrawal associated with that account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 444db platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reports being made to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 444db platform, whether under the same or different personal details, device, IP address, household, or payment method.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human method to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, blackjack, or any other card or table game available on the platform.
• Using the 444db platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. 444db actively monitors transactions for suspicious activity and cooperates with relevant authorities.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, misconfigured odds, or system vulnerability to place bets or gain a financial advantage that would not otherwise be available under normal platform operation.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during account registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during the player's relationship with 444db.

444db reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a player's conduct constitutes a prohibited activity. Any determination made by 444db in this regard is final and binding.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the 444db platform, including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the arrangement and presentation of all content, is the intellectual property of 444db or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 444db platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the 444db platform without the prior written consent of 444db. Unauthorised use of any 444db intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444db, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, contracts, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use or inability to use the 444db platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, cyber attack, force majeure, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of 444db.
• Any loss or damage arising from the actions of third-party game providers, payment service providers, or other third parties whose services are integrated into or accessible through the 444db platform.
• Any loss arising from a player's gambling activities on the platform, including but not limited to the loss of deposited funds through normal gameplay. 444db does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for any financial outcome of a player's betting or gaming activity.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

444db reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, under the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct provisions, or KYC obligations.
• 444db has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• The player has requested self-exclusion or has been identified as a vulnerable player requiring account restrictions under 444db's responsible gaming policies.
• 444db is required to do so by applicable law, court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e. breach of Terms, fraud or prohibited conduct), 444db is not obligated to return any balance held in the account, including real-money balances. Where an account is closed by 444db for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following identity verification.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 444db platform shall first be submitted to 444db's customer support team for informal resolution. 444db commits to responding to all formal dispute notices within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the customer support process within 30 days of first submission, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other urgent relief from a competent court where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process.

10. Amendments to These Terms

444db reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, 444db will notify registered players by displaying a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the player's registered mobile number. The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice. Where no effective date is specified, revised Terms take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the 444db platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting customer support. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
